Why won’t my selfie work for verification?

We need to be able to see your lovely face to make sure it’s you making an account with us, so don’t be shy! Make sure:

• You’re in a well-lit place that’s shadow free, as any shadows on your face will result in failed verification.
• You’ve taken off any accessories, hats or glasses, as we need to be able to see your entire face unobstructed, like you’re taking a passport photo.
• Your face is in the centre of the framed area.
• You’re using a white wall as a backdrop if possible.
