Why won’t my document scan?
Any issues that arise from document scanning are normally because the information cannot be read correctly, to ensure a smooth process when uploading documents, make sure you:
- Remove all covers and protections.
- Choose a place with good lighting so there are no shadows on the document.
- Make sure the information is visible and readable.
- Ensure the document is within the framed area.
- Make sure to scan the front, then the back, when prompted and not the other way around.
- Make sure your camera is clean, and there are no scratches or cracks on the lens.
- If using a webcam, make sure to move the webcam cover slider.
- Make sure you allow us permission to use the camera on your device, or the camera will not be able to be used.
