Why can’t I verify my email address?

To verify your email with us, make sure that:

• Your email has been entered correctly, so double check the sequence of any numbers, any spelling errors, and if the domain at the end is correct.
• You look inside any different email folders you may have, such as Spam, Primary, Promotions & Social as it may have been miscategorised by your email provider.
