The details from my ID document are appearing incorrectly and I can’t change them?
If the information from your ID document is appearing incorrectly, it’s probably because the camera is struggling to read the information off your card. Please read our ‘Why won’t my document scan?’ article and follow the points listed there so make sure you’re taking a clear and readable photo of your chosen ID document.
If this fails, try using a different document – as three options, the RG, CNI and CNH, are available to choose and scan in.
