Why won’t it let me make an account?
If you’re being told an account cannot be created, there are a number of fixes for this. If the error you’re receiving is along the lines of:
- Your email is already in use
- Your CPF number is in use on another account with us
Try recovering your password as you already have an account with us, to do this click here.
If you’re receiving a message like the following:
- You are under 18 years old
- You are on our internal ban list for prior behaviour
- You previously requested an account closure for a responsible gambling issue
You will not be able to create an account with us.
