Mastercard Fast
What are Mastercard Fast withdrawals?
Mastercard’s ‘Fast Funds’ service provides much quicker receipt of funds, meaning your winnings will arrive in your bank account as fast as possible.
Am I eligible for Mastercard Fast Withdrawals?
If you have a compatible Mastercard Debit or Prepaid Card issued by any of the major banks from UK & IRE, then the ‘Faster Funds’ service should be enabled for you.
How long will my withdrawal take to process?
It typically takes a couple of hours to check and approve payouts before we process them. Once a withdrawal request has been made, it will typically take up to 4 hours to reach your bank account.
It’s been 4 hours (or more) - why hasn’t my withdrawal arrived in my bank yet?
Not all banks are currently participating in MasterCard Fast Withdrawals yet, this could be the case if your withdrawal takes longer than 4 hours. If this is the case, withdrawals to these banks will take the normal 1-3 working days*.
* Monzo users should expect funds to arrive in 1-2 banking days
Some payouts also may require further internal security checks to be carried out, which may extend the processing time past the normal 4 hours. Is your payout a large sum of money? Higher withdrawal amounts are liable for further manual checks and will likely not meet the 4-hour SLA. Remember, you can track the progress of our withdrawal in payment history section of your account.
Occasionally, withdrawals will fail for other reasons, such as issuer rejection and will not meet the 4-hour process threshold.
Have you changed your transaction currency?
If your payout transaction currency is not the same currency as your issued card, then this will also mean the funds might not be sent quickly.
What happens if my bank isn’t eligible for MasterCard Fast Withdrawals?
If your bank isn’t participating in the Mastercard Fast Funds service then please expect the funds to take 1-3 banking days to arrive in your bank account from the point of request.
Why do some Mastercard withdrawals take 1-3 banking days?
This is because of the selected bank’s processing time, which we have no control over. Unfortunately, we are unable to speed up this process.
