1. How can I release my PayPal deposit in order to use it in casino or poker?

There are four ways of releasing a PayPal deposit in order to use it in casino or poker:

  • You can place a sports bet, and transfer the potential winnings to casino or poker.
  • If you have more than €10 of un-wagered PayPal deposits, you can directly go to the game of your preference. Once you initiate it, you will be presented with a popup that allows you to release your funds for use beyond Sports. Once your funds have been released, the popup will disappear.
  • You can also go to the My Balance section, by clicking on your available balance. If you have any amount of unreleased PayPal deposits you will see a text that prompts you to release the funds, below the PayPal balance section. By clicking on Release Funds, you can make the PayPal funds available beyond Sports. Once your funds have been released, the text will change to Your funds have been released.
  • Alternatively, you can go to any of the My Casino, My Poker and All Transactions menus , if you have any amount of unreleased PayPal deposits you will see a text that prompts you to release the funds, below the PayPal balance section.By clicking on Release Funds, you can make the PayPal funds available beyond sports. Once your funds have been released, the text will change to Your funds have been released.

2. Why can't I directly use the funds deposited via PayPal on casino or poker?

Deposits made from 18.03.2019 using PayPal can only be directly used in sports, as PayPal no longer supports deposits directly being made available to online casino or poker. This is only applicable for customers whose country of residence is Germany.

3. Can I bet on sports with my PayPal deposit?

Yes, PayPal deposits can be used only for sports betting. The winnings received from these bets can be used to do play on any products including casino and poker.

4. What happens to my PayPal deposits that I have made before 18.03.2019

PayPal deposits made before 18.03.2019 will continue to be available for game play across all the products including sports betting, casino and poker.

5. Why do I get a PayPal balance pop-up when I open a casino game?

PayPal funds need to be released before being made available for casino or poker. Hence, if you have a PayPal balance over a certain amount, you are going to be prompted to release the funds.

6. I deposited using PayPal with a bonus code but I didn't receive the bonus - why?

We no longer offer any casino or poker bonuses on PayPal deposits, as PayPal doesn’t support those products as is made known by the subtext below the bonus code field.

This is the available PayPal deposit balance in the account that must be released before it can be used beyond our sports offer.

9. I am a customer with Germany as my country of residence, I made deposits using PayPal and well as other methods. How much of these funds can I use to bet in sports and how much can I use for game play in casino and poker?

  • Assuming that you have a total balance of €150 which includes a PayPal deposit of €50
  • You can use €150 in sports to place bets.
  • You can directly use €100 to do game play on online casino or poker.
  • You can use €150 in casino or poker if you first release the PayPal balance

10. I am a customer with Germany as my country of residence, what happens if I win a sports bet that was placed using funds from the PayPal deposit balance?

As long as no wagering requirements from a promotion are restricting the funds, you can place a bet on any product, or withdraw your winnings.
