What is an affordability limit?
We want you to enjoy our games and services but, as part of our commitment to Safer Gambling, we don’t want you to spend more than you can afford. We use a variety of factors including your occupation and income to ensure there's nothing which could lead you to any harm.
We understand that the process can be inconvenient, but we are here to help answer any questions you might have, and our wizard only takes a few minutes to complete. Unlike a deposit limit, there’s no cap on deposits under an affordability limit, and it’ll be calculated based on the info you’ve provided us with.

Can my limit be reviewed?
Absolutely, all you need to do is send us three months' bank statements, details of your income and occupation and request what you'd like your limit to be changed to. The best way to do this is by using our document uploader when you log in. If you don't have access to your account, you can send these documents via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We try to review these documents within a week.
