Firstly, check the detailed information of the bet you are querying within the ‘My Bets’ area of your account. Ensure the event you’ve bet on has already taken place and is not currently in-play.

If your bet is still open and 30 minutes have passed after the announcement of the results, please contact our customer support team with the bet slip number of the bet you are querying.

Please note: There may be an occasional delay in the evaluation of events as they must be confirmed by official sources. In the case of live events, bets are evaluated in real time as the game progresses. In some rare cases, there may be settlement delays.

For example, it may be necessary to review the film footage to ensure a correct evaluation. This cannot be done until a game or event is over, since managing live bets take priority.
